‘Recognize the situation, innovation and reform, firm confidence, breakthrough’ - Longhua Group held the 2023 mid-year work summary meeting and marketing system training

In order to improve the professional quality of the marketing staffs of the Group and arrange the subsequent key work in detail, Longhua Group held the 2023 mid-year work summary meeting and marketing system training from July 13th to 15th. This meeting was guided by the group's policy of ‘recognizing the situation, innovation and reform, firm confidence, and breakthrough’. Trained all the marketing system staff, and summarized the progress of the work. Analysed the economic situation, and arranged the work in the second half of the year. The executives of the Longhua Group, the main persons in charge of the group’s departments, the general managers and the main leaders of subsidiaries, and more than 130 marketing staffs attended this meeting.

In the training of marketing system, the lecturer talked much about the experience and methods of customer relationship management and marketing team management through the combination of theory and practice. The marketing staffs showed the spirit of hard work and positive enterprising mentality.

At the mid-year work summary meeting, General Manager Liu Yufeng made a comprehensive and detailed report, reviewed the achievements and shortcomings in the first half of this year, and analysed the opportunities and challenges according to the current situation.

Deputy General Manager Li Jiangwen arranged the key work and tasks of each company.
