We always regard scientific and technological innovation as the main driving force of the Group's development, and constantly consolidate and enhance our core competitiveness by establishing and improving the technological innovation system as well as strengthening the research teams. The Group has a research and development team of nearly 400 members, including doctors and masters. We have established academician workstations with Academician Guo Zengyuan of Tsinghua University and Academician He Jilin of Zhengzhou University, successfully built more than 20 provincial or municipal technological R&D platforms, obtained more than 300 patents, and participated in the compilation of 13 national standards. The Group and its subsidiaries have successively won the honorary titles of "Small Giant" Enterprise with specialization, refinement, distinctiveness and innovation, "Gazelle" Enterprise, "National Green Factory", "Postdoctoral Innovation Experimental Base" and "Top 100 Private Enterprises in Henan Province". In 2021, we established Longhua Group Research Institute, thus providing sufficient projects and talent resources for industrial expansion and integration, while promoting the industrialization of new businesses!
