ITO two-piece splicing product is made by splicing and bonding two targets. It has the characteristics of large target size and heavy weight, and there are some key technical difficulties in the bonding process, such as difficulty in the bonding process, cracking of target, frequent deformation of product, difficulty in flatness control.
